Embrace the challenge of connecting local to global and back again by participating in our Teen Internship Program in Limon, Nicaragua. You'll have plenty of opportunities to practice your Spanish as you live with a welcoming host family and work with local teens on community development projects.
We are now offering individual scholarships of $100 to $1000 for students participating in a summer homestay abroad. Apply by April 1st, 2014!
The French teens are from Annecy, a town near the border of Switzerland known as “Venice of the Alps.” As part of their English studies, the teens are coming to the Northwest to experience American school and family life and share their culture with their hosts. Right now the group is busy selling Florida grapefruits as a fundraiser for their trip!
