2. Once we receive your initial application, we will send you a full application packet by email.
You will have approximately three weeks to complete your packet. Your full application packet will include:
- a form explaining your hobbies and interests
- a student and parent agreement
- a medical form
- 3 reference forms, including one for your language teacher
- short essay questions
- a "Dear host family" letter in the language of the country you will be visiting
- a photo collage of your friends, family, school, house, etc
3. When you have completed your full application packet we will ask that you email or mail it to Andeo and make your next scheduled payment.
4. After reviewing your full application packet, an Outbound Coordinator will contact you to set up a time to do a phone interview. During the phone interview you will be asked questions about your application and about traveling abroad.
5. Once the interview is completed, you will be sent an email letting you know whether you have been accepted into the program. This usually takes one to two weeks, depending on when you apply. If you are not accepted into the program, all of your money will be refunded.
