How to apply:

1. Once you have decided which program you are interested in applying for you will want to fill out an initial application. You can download it by clicking on “Application Form” or fill it our online by clicking on “Apply Online!”. With your initial application, submit your $500 deposit. This deposit will go toward your total program price; it is not an additional fee. If for any reason we cannot accept you into the program, you will receive a full refund. 

2. Once we receive your initial application, we will send you a full application packet by email. You will have approximately four weeks to complete your packet. Your full application packet will include:

  • a form explaining your hobbies and interests
  • a student and parent agreement
  • a medical form
  • 3 reference forms for your teachers
  • short essay questions
  • a "Dear host family" letter in the language of the country you will be visiting
  • a photo collage of your friends, family, school, house, etc

3. When you have completed your full application packet we will ask that you email or mail it to Andeo and make your next scheduled payment.

4. After reviewing your full application packet, an Outbound Coordinator will contact you to set up a time to do a phone interview. During the phone interview you will be asked questions about your application and about traveling abroad.

5. Once the interview is completed, you will be sent a letter letting you know whether you have been accepted into the program. This usually takes one to two weeks, depending on when you apply. If you are not accepted into the program, all of your money will be refunded.
