8. Paying your homestay fees
The Placement Fee:

  • A $250.00 Placement Fee for all homestay options is due when you first apply.
    ANDEO must receive the placement fee before we will place you with a host (the placement fee is non-refundable).

You can pay the Placement Fee in one of the following ways:

  • Credit Card - NEW ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM HERE!
    Fill out the credit card section on the application, and send the application by postal mail;
    or send your credit card information by fax to 503-274-9004; or call us at 503-274-1776 and we can take the payment over the phone. Andeo charges an additional 3.5% fee for all credit card transactions.
  • Personal Check-
    You may send a personal bank check from a U.S. bank account through postal mail with your application.
  • International Bank Check-
    You can also purchase an international bank check at many banks worldwide. Send the bank check by postal mail with the completed application.
  • International Bank Transfer-
    For this option, please submit a completed application, and then contact us by phone or email to arrange for the transfer.
  • Cash ($)
    We can also accept cash payments in United States Dollars at our downtown Portland, Oregon office. This option is for students who have already arrived. Please do not send cash by postal mail!

The Homestay Fees
The balance of fees for the homestay term is due at our office upon arrival in Portland. Please make an appointment to come to our downtown Portland office within seven (7) days of your arrival.

Homestay Fee payments are accepted at our office in the same manner as the Placement Fee:

  • Credit Card
  • Personal Check
  • International Bank Check
  • International Bank Transfer
  • Cash ($)

9. Homestay Program Agreement
The Homestay Program Agreement must be read, signed, and submitted with all homestay applications. Download the agreement here.

YOU’RE FINISHED!
We will match you with a family AFTER we have received the letter to your family, your smiling photograph, and the $250.00 placement fee 
(non-refundable).
